SOME PROGRESS IN CROWHILL.....BUT VERY POOR ROAD QUALITY
There is some progress at last in Crowhill but dont be excited,.... there is tarring of the main road from Crowhill Road, Borrowdale Brooke to Charlotte Brooke via Crowhill Views, however the tarring is sub standard and a first of its kind using coal discard instead of the usual granite 3/4 stones. SEE PICTURES BELOW . WHAT KIND OF ROAD CONSTRUCTION IS THIS?
Mr Msipa has a coal company, called Coal Brick Mine, he is using coal waste (discard) to compact the roads, then add bitumen on top and to him, thats a tarred road... Terrible. The road is not wide enough and definately will have potholes in no time. No road in the world was ever constructed using coal.
